Winifred Adoh-Gompil (NIMAM, MBA), Financial Controller: A financial expert with over ten years providing financial and administrative support to international projects. Winifred has a MBA from the Anglia Ruskin University and a special MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management and has attended various international trainings on financial management, leadership and USAID grants and cooperative agreements. Winifred oversees the financial team to ensure that adequate financial controls are in place and supports nascent CBO partners to develop strong financial systems.
