Paul Umoh (MSW), Director of Programs: A renowned, program management and design specialist with significant experience working with Government institutions, implementing Partners, community based organizations and civil society organizations, with expertise in capacity building, strategic information, leadership management and ethics. Paul has a master’s degree in Social Work and a BA in English and a certificate in Strategic Behavioral Change and Communication.
