Since 2017, HALG have been programming around the fishing ports. Despite the inflamed security situation around the fishing ports with occasional outbreak of violence perpetrated by militants, HALG continues to work with key influencers who are also Fishermen and anglers to bring lifesaving services to more than 100 sex workers who are members of the KP communities around the Port. Part of our engagement has resulted in the creation of a Drop-In-Centre (DIC) at a safe location around the community to support with refills and viral load collections. HALG program has achieved a 96% viral load suppression because of her robust micro planning style of implementation.
